One of the several sexual harassment lawsuits levied against Activision Blizzard has been settled. A US judge approved an $18 million (USD) settlement between Activision Blizzard and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).

Like many of the other lawsuits against the company, this one included several counts of sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, issues with how the company handled pregnancies, and retaliation...

A Better Ubisoft statement says that the company has not addressed any of their complaints.

An open letter from A Better Ubisoft states that the company has not met any of their demands in the 200 days since initial demands were made. A Better Ubisoft is a group of employees that formed in the wake of the numerous reports of rampant sexual harassment and misconduct going on within the France-based company.

Bowser joins the likes of Sony and Microsoft in condemning Activision Blizzard.

Nintendo has now also joined with Sony and Microsoft in condemning the sexual misconduct and overall deplorable workplace situation at Activision Blizzard. This comes from a new report by Fanbyte that says Nintendo president Doug Bowser sent out a company-wide email wherein he called the allegations against Activision Blizzard "distressing and disturbing."
