Not much is known other than it's coming.

The Xbox (and PC) exclusive, Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2, is about to lose that "Xbox exclusive" bit. Microsoft and developer Ninja Theory announced Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 Enhanced Edition for the PlayStation 5.

Expected to arrive some time this summer, this Enhanced Edition will come bundled with some new features. Said "new features" were not yet revealed though. A firm release date outside of "summer"...

It's been seven years and you might have forgotten a few things.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice was released back in 2017. It can probably be forgiven if you forgot some of the key story beats that happened within that first game if you have not played through it recently. Fortunately for all of us, developer Ninja Theory put together a quick recap of Senua's story.

Senua's second outing will be a digital only release.

At yesterday's Xbox Developer Direct, one of the studios to showcase their work was Ninja Theory. They obviously showed off a lot more of Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2, a game that has been in development since at least before the release of the Xbox Series X|S. It was one of the titles used to promote the, at the time, immenent release of the Xbox Series X and Series S consoles.

A new Xbox showcase airs January 18th.

On Thursday, January 18 at 12PM (PT), Xbox will host a new Developer_Direct. This new showcase will feature a number of games that are coming rather soon to Xbox Series X|S, PC, and to Game Pass. After this Xbox Developer Direct, ZeniMax Online Studios will host their own special event. That event will be The Elder Scrolls Online 2024 Global Reveal. That takes place at 1PM (PT).
