First it was SNK accusing Square Enix of IP infringement, and now it's Capcom going after Koei Tecmo for the same sort of issue. Capcom is accusing Koei Tecmo of patent infringement, specifically over games like Samurai Warriors: Xtreme Legends and 49 other games. They are suing them for 980 million yen, which is about $9.43 million (USD).
