We couldn’t control our excitement when Valve announced the latest title in the Half-Life series (though it’s not Half-Life 3) recently. The company is calling the game its VR flagship, so you’ll need a VR headset if you want to play it. If you already have one, great. If you don’t, well, it’s up to you to buy a headset or be satisfied playing your favourite mobile casinos in the UK. But one thing is for sure — you wouldn’t want to jump into Alyx without any VR experience...

If there is one thing that is critical to a game having VR support, it's making sure that the base game can run well on capable hardware. A VR experience with poor performance and framerates isn't a VR experience that you want to have. Fallout 4 VR, I'm looking at you.

About two weeks back, the "Beyond" update for No Man's Sky was announced. At that time, we knew only a fraction of the content that the team at Hello Games is including in this update slated for release this Summer. Today, a bit more of their plans were revealed when the team announced that VR support is being added to the game as part of Beyond.
