Say goodbye to the 32-bit version of The Sims 4.

In 2019, Electronic Arts threw a bone to those still running on 32-bit versions of operating systems when they released The Sims 4: Legacy Edition. This was a 32-bit version of the long-running life-sim game that will soon be going away for good. On December 12, EA will pull the plug on The Sims 4: Legacy Edition, meaning that those still playing it will either need to upgrade or go elsewhere.

One of the more progressive game franchises out there just got a bit more progressive. An update has rolled out to The Sims 4 that now allows you to customize the pronouns applied to characters within the game. This is a change from the previous system that defaulted set pronouns to characters based on chosen body types.

Bunk beds are finally returning to the Sims franchise.

After first making an appearance in The Sims 3: Generations Expansion Pack, bunk beds were mysteriously missing from The Sims 4.
