in NewsBethesda Support System is Leaking Customers' Personal Information
There is a saying that goes, "when it rains, it pours." In Bethesda's case, it has been a full on monsoon for the past couple of weeks. You already know about the whole issue with the canvas bag. That's the "been there, done that" issue. This week, it's time for the new hotness! A Reddit user has claimed that they are receiving Bethesda support tickets to his Bethesda account.

in ValveCS:GO Betting Scammer PhantomL0rd Suing Twitch Because He's Probably Running Out of Money or Something
In 2016, PhantomL0rd was found to be involved in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive bet rigging and being an undisclosed partial owner of CSGOShuffle, a skin betting website.
Sorry, I meant to say that he was allegedly a total douche canoe that scammed numerous people out of money by lying to them. To make a long story short, PhantomL0rd was banned from Twitch after news broke about his "allegedly" douchey actions.
Fast-forward now to 2018 and PhantomL0rd is now suing... -

in ValveTwitch Streamer PhantomL0rd Accused of CS:GO Skin Bet Rigging and Undisclosed Ownership of CSGOShuffle
Another "big winner" of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skin betting, PhantomL0rd, has been found to potentially be involved in bet rigging and undisclosed partial ownership of CSGOShuffle, yet another skin betting website. These are the accusations being thrown out by Richard Lewis, a noted esports journalist, after he obtained chat logs between PhantomL0rd and a person named Joris. Joris appears to be the person that coded the main functions on CSGOShuffle. These chat logs were provided to... -

in ValveCSGOLotto, TmarTn, and ProSyndicate Sued Over Illegal Gambling
Earlier this week, CSGOLotto, Trevor "TmarTn" Martin, and Thomas "ProSyndicate" Cassell were added to one of the two legal complaints recently filed against Valve over allegations of facilitating illegal gambling with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skins.
In the suit, which was filed by an anonymous parent on behalf of their child, Valve is accused of deliberately allowing the creation of a market where players and third-parties trade weapon skins like casino chips. The lawsuits... -

in ValvePsiSyndicate Shares Emails Showing How Sleazy CS:GO Gambling Sites Are
Moments ago, PC Gamer shared some emails provided by Lewis "PsiSyndicate" Stewart and his involvement with Steamloto. Now, PsiSyndicate and Steamloto should not be confused with Tom "ProSyndicate" Cassell and CSGOLotto. They are two separate people with two separate (allegedly) betting sites, but both are involved in rigged betting of CS:GO skins. If nothing else, the major difference between the two individuals is that PsiSyndicate actually came clean and admitted that some of his previous... -

in News(Updated) TmarTn Apologizes for Getting Caught as CSGOLotto Legal Council Issues Statement
UPDATE 1 (9:41PM ET July 6, 2016): It seems as though Martin has pulled his insincere apology video! Why? It's a mystery.
Original: Trevor "TmarTn" Martin issued an "apology" today for his role in deceiving people about his role with CSGOLotto. In it, he essentially apologizes for getting caught. He's not really apologizing for the illegal gambling, enticing minors to gamble, failure to disclose ownership of CSGOLotto, or facilitating illegal gambling. No, he's basically just... -

Throughout the day, three esports focused lawyers took to Reddit to answer questions surrounding the imminent legal battle that is about to take place regarding CSGOLotto, underage and illegal gambling, and failure to disclose.
The lawyers, Jeff Ifrah, Ryan Morrison, and Bryce Blum, tackle all things TmarTn, ProSyndicate, and even Valve's role in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive skin betting. To be honest, there are a ton of worthwhile questions and responses to said que... -

in ValveTeam EnVyUs Issues Statement About TmarTn and Ties to CSGOLotto
For those unaware of the illegal dealings of one Trevor Martin (aka: TmarTn), it would be best to begin with this earlier news post. With that said, it must be noted that TmarTn also has a partial ownership in Team EnVyUs, a group of professional players with ties to Counter-Strike, League of Legends, Overwatch, and Call of Duty (to name a few).
Today, Team EnVyUs issued a statement about their current stance on TmarTn's partial ownership in the team and his roles with CSGOLotto. ... -
