Konami is Bringing Contra Back... As a G FUEL Flavor
It may not be the Contra you want, but it's perhaps the Contra you deserve.
G FUEL and Konami Cross Media NY have partnered to bring some classic run and gun action directly to your mouth hole. That's right, Contra is coming back as a new flavor of G FUEL. This is in celebration of Contra being "one of the most iconic run and gun-style shooting games over the last 35 years."
The new Contra flavor of G FUEL is called Rapid Fire and will be mandarin orange flavored....
Konami Remembers That They Used to Make Video Games
They're probably just teasing more pachinko machines.
Recently, the former video game developer Konami updated their key visual on their recruitment page. The new art showcases some really iconic characters from some of Konami's biggest and best franchises over the past 50 years.
What jobs are they recruiting for? Beats me. I saw someone make the joke that they must be using this image to hire gravediggers and that gave me a sad chuckle. So let's just run with that....
