    YouTube Finally Delivering on 60fps Promise

    It appears as though YouTube is finally starting to deliver on the promise it made back in June that will allow video creators the ability to upload and play videos at 60 frames per second. Some new videos uploaded today now play back at a wonderful 60fps, a huge step up to the 29.97fps playback for every single other video. There are a couple of catches, however.     YouTube to Get 60 FPS Option

    YouTube will soon have the ability to display a higher framerate than most Xbox One games (ho ho, I WENT THERE!). They revealed earlier this evening that they will "soon" have 48 FPS and 60 FPS options for uploaders. They even went so far as to include a few sample videos that are apparently already running at 60 FPS.
