Activision says that they have banned over 65,000 accounts from both Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 3 just in the past week alone. The announcement comes from Activision's team working on Ricochet anti-cheat.

This update runs across all aspects of Modern Warfare 3, including changing the main Warzone map to Urzikstan. Activision says they will bestow some compensation gifts on players when Warzone 2.0 launches.

As Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 nears its November 16 (at 8AM PT) release date, Activision is taking the first Call of Duty: Warzone offline. Activision announced the release of the Tracer Pack: Snoop Dogg Operator Bundle earlier today. This pack is for both Call of Duty: Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone.

Quality assurance developers alongside some developers from Raven Software are staging a walkout today in protest of the sudden and shocking layoffs that began last Friday.
