    Original: The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is now suing Activision Blizzard over its alleged rampant sexual harassment and discrimination. The lawsuit was filed today, Monday September 27, 2021 in a California court. This lawsuit is based off of a three-year long investigation by the EEOC into the workplace conditions that have now become very well known amongst the general public.

    The state of California also says the studio interfered with its investigation.

    California has just expanded its lawsuit against Activision Blizzard. The state's Department of Fair Employment and Housing are now adding in temporary workers to the full-time female employees that they are already representing in the lawsuit. The state also claims that Activision Blizzard actively interfered with their investigation.

    A group of employees from a number of Activision Blizzard studios have joined together to form what they are calling the ABK Workers Alliance. This group has sent a joint letter to Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick and the executive leadership team within the company.
