IO Interactive shared the launch trailer for 007 First Light today, less than a week away from the game's full launch on May 27. This title is a standalone and reimagined origin story for James Bond that players on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, Epic, and Switch 2 (though, later this summer) will get to experience.

Update on January 15, 2026: IO Interactive just passed along an updated list of PC system requirements for 007: First Light. These updated system requirements correct several of the issues present in the original release (seen below). These issues including incorrect VRAM amounts, listing of hardware that just doesn't even exist, and apparently incorrect system RAM required.

IO Interactive announced that their James Bond game, 007 First Light, is delayed. Instead of releasing on March 27, 2025 for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, 007 First Light will instead release on May 27, 2025.
