Good luck to you, Havoc and your team. I am looking forward to this mod above all others.
I sincerely hope you make every attempt at producing the absolute best 3d models, skinning, and animations you can achieve.
One point for your reference you may want to review critically is the artwork (3d/2d) in the current Rainbow Six: LockDown. You may find a thing or two to reference as IMHO the SWAT mod should be aiming for this kind of authenticity and "look".
