You obviously missed my subtle point. Calling everyone an idiot when you can't form a proper sentence makes your argument less than convincing.

There it is.....couldnt have said it better....
Its your own faults.......IF everyone left ranked servers and started playing the custom maps.....they would be scrambling to do something...

But, you all need your flair..ribbons, badges, medals so forth....
Enough ppl won;t do it....you need that meaningless crap.
        Just the truth...
its a bummer...loads of great maps already exist...TOTALLY VACANT!

yea, minus the multiplayer play....there arent as many servers with the mods unless it is a big mod that many people are looking forward to like POE

not to be flaming or in an angry tone just my view

Pretty straight forward marketing, all EA cares is money, thats 2 planed expansion alredy before 1 years is up since official release, and to make it even better, they divide the second expansion into two packs so more people might buy them.

The good news is, since its only content expansion, I dont see any trouble in cracking it and downloading it for free, which is, of course, illegial so take care of yourself.

Yeah, those were awesome... But you guys have to remeber that gaming has evoled a lot since the time oh, lets say unreal tournament was out. It's a lot more expensive now to produce these games/maps/extra content because they take more time to produce. The main reason for this is because the graphics have been amped up tons in just over a year (Doom 3 really was the one who started this "awesome looking game, but need a mother computer to run") We were lucky that they gave us wake island free... and I'm happy about that.

One thing you guys should remeber is that the consle gamers have to pay about $90CND for awesome looking games (The XBox360 games that is) and we have to pay about (the most) $59.99CND. Beleave me, it sucked being a consle gamer, going to buy a game, then looking over at the PC section and finding the same game that was like $20CND cheaper and it came with more features or had mods for it... That's what really sucks...

Re: Two BF2 'Booster Packs' Announced

Nothin is free these days and IMO $10 is insignificant for a game upgrade. Plenty of people spend hundres of $$$$ on mobile phones every month without caring about it, or $10 at Maccas for a crap meal.

Instead of whinging about the cost or content of the packs, why not just wait until the infomation is officially released and then make a judgement call on whether or not you can justify spending $10 on the pack.

Hey if you dont want buy it then dont. No one is forcing you to pay up. £5.99/$9.99 is excellent value for money. If you think EA are being cynical, then maybe look around at how easy you spend £5.99/$9.99

I dont mind the booster packs and cant wait for the A-10.

I am a BF2 fan...to the MAX! But i dont have a pay pal account nor do i have a credit card.

Im just hping the sales on the derect to drive crap are so low that they have no choice but to slap them together and call it BF2super pack....lol.

But if they dont sell them on the shelf I think ill just let it slip.. and find onother game to dro0l over.

Ghost recon 3 is lo0king mghty sweet with the AgieaPhysX support.

So you'd rather pay a fortune for a useless physics card  BF2 is provding better value than most addons i have seen.

no one is forcing EA or DICE to create games, if they cant afford to create half-way decent games then they either need to take a pay cut or lay some people off or quit the gaming industry all together. Look at GM, they are going to lay off some 40,000 people to keep expenses down. "this is just an analogy"
