Dcon isn't a rip off of Desert Combat. If you think that, go say the DesertCombatExtended and Desert Combat final are ripoffs then. Allot of the Dev team
misses Desert Combat, so they basicly want it with the Greatly enhanced graphics engine of bf2, better gameplay and new features yet retaining the great desert combat feel to it.

I sure as hell can't wait till this mod comes out as it looks AWSOME. I'll give you a link later, but from what I heard is its ok to RECREATE bf1942 maps, as long as you dont import anything from it. Everything that is made from scratch, like Dcons version of 73easting, is ok.

Allot of people love Desert Combat ( not literatly) like me, but I hate the bad graphics, and things that I've done over and over and over again, so I play Bf2 now.

Recently, I renembered where & when I truely had fun, playing Desert Combat.

Great job Dcon team, hope everything works out but of course you know that cause I'm on ur forum
