One time i had a kill death ratio of 1:4 (2 kills 8 deaths) but i still didnt get the purple heart. Is there something else i have to do.

i love the medals ribbons thing, but they take soooo much time to get some of these things, its like battlefield needs to become a full time job if you want to get them
