Also, public dedicated server files are a go... to hell.

Nice, Treyarch, competing with IW to show that you don't care either about PC gamers. As always, empty promises.

Congratulations, you just won the "dumbest post of the year" award and the year isn't even over yet!

Unless he/she meant there should have been more choices. I made a very similar argument for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 in the sense that I wanted everyone to be able to produce their own dedicated servers (like GoldSrc games for testing purposes for scripts/mods or for very small games where a home PC will do the trick), rather than be forced to rent from designated third-parties. At the time, you and one other person thought I was talking about CoD:MW2 (Linux I think?). In this case, the choices are even more restricted than EA/DICE's limitations.

Note he/she mentioned dedicated server files. They are indeed, unavailable to the general public. It's only for that one third-party. Now that I think about it, I guess both of us get the dumbest posts of the year since we both made the same argument (but for different games). I will agree that it's pointless for those joining max-player capacity games, but it's not so pointless for those who want to do the above two things I mentioned earlier. I hope this clarifies things.
