Tactical Intervention Beta Sign-ups Begin

Tactical Intervention, the latest creation from Counter-Strike creator Minh Le, have opened up its doors to allowing beta sign-ups to begin.

Simply head on over to the Tactical Intervention website and click the big ol' "REGISTER" button in the top right corner. In addition to the registrations beginning, the TI team have released a new gameplay trailer for the game. Counter-Strike fans and fans of FPS titles in general won't want to miss this.

the game isn't even in beta YET
so what if the muzzle flashes are glitch and etc
its obviously gonna be fixed by release
This game has better gfx than cs:source

I'm gonna have to parrot that sentiment. Game doesn't look too good right now. Those muzzle flash sprites look particularly bad. But the game is in beta, and it is being developed by one guy. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt since that one guy just so happens to be Lord Almighty of Counter-Strike.

Are you sure the beta is developed by Gooseman alone? What were the rest of the staff doing? I mean, surely they have model and level designers too... Don't they? Then again I can't really tell who's on-staff since their website is merely a splash page of gun renders. As for the graphics, my opinion would be that it's on par with Sudden Attack and Combat Arms. Gameplay? Unknown, but based on the video and what was announced earlier, it looks like the differences from Counter-Strike: Source are the rappelling, dogs, hostage meat shields, barrel rolls, vehicles, and shorter rounds to reduce the restlessness of dead players.

The graphics and animations look horrible. Why does it have to blatantly rip off of cod 4 by having dogs? I'm hoping it shapes up and gets better, but I have my doubts.
