I have both 360 and PS3 n the biching is dumb. I have mw2 for both consoles but i play PS3 all the tym as my xbox is rotting away in the cupboard. The reason PS3 is better is simply because almost every1 who plays xbox is a lil kid. The parents go out and buy a cheap box to shut there kids up and its a well known fact. I cant sit there and play a game listenin to dumb kids singin down there mics and all that bollox hence the reason i stay on PS3 now.

I dont care if the xbox gets the maps first coz at the end of the day they will find stuff wrong with the maps and when its released for ps3 it will have some faults patched. I dunno y xbox brag about having the maps 1st or why the ps3 complains coz its NOT an Xbox exclusive so it will b released for ps3 soon ..... In the mean time us PS3 users can enjoy the PS3 EXCLUSIVE : Hard Rain ..... apparently its too good for xbox

LOOK! PS3 users do not start the argurment about which console is better - we know PS3 is better -- there is no question. The little kids playing Xbox are the ones who start the arguement because they have little weiners and feel that they need to make up for it. But serously - Just let it go. You all know that PS3 is a better system. Yes, GayBox has better online, but that is all. The graphics ARE NOT better, dont try to say they are - it doesn't even make sense. PS3 is most likely going to start charging for online, which is a great idea and i would be more than willing to pay for the better connection. Also, the PS3 controller is fine. The only reason GayBox users like their controller better is because it feels like they are holding their boyfriends junk in their hands. You are all a bunch of fags. GAYBOX!!!!! The only reason you buy it is because it's cheaper. You poor poor trailer trash.

Also, PS3 is the only system on the market (gaming system, DVD, Blu Ray, etc) that has the ability to be upgraded to 3D specs. 3D video games are very near and Xbox users are going to be out of luck since it is just not possible for Xbox to be upgraded to handle 3D. The blu ray player in the PS3 is THE ONLY blu ray player that can be upgraded to 3D. Dumbass Xbox (oops, I meant GayBox).

I would suggest those of you who do not have BOTH consoles STFU about the subject.

My findings :

Graphics on PS3 and Xbox are Identical on the same TV. 50 plasma Full HD. NO DIFFERENCE IN QUALITY.
Game play is also identical (Apart from the thumb sticks on the ps3 which are not as good as the xbox.)
Playstation Online servers = Very slow to get a game. 5 mins to get a HC SD game.
Xbox Live Servers = Close to instant to get a game.

If you like the PS3 Good for you.
If you like the Xbox Ditto.

I dont think (and Ive had both consoles for 2 years) there is any big thing that makes one better than the other.

Xbox live IS better then PS3 Online and its worth the £26 per year for subscription to GOLD.
PS3 plays Blu-Ray, Xbox does not.
Xbox controller, in my opinion, is better than the PS3 one. Fits better into the hands and feels higher quality.
PS3 is wireless, But all it takes for the Xbox is a Network lead (included). Which gives a better connection anyways.

I own 3 Xbox's and not one has RROD in the 3 years I have had them.
PS3 is still working also...

Seriously, it's not that big a deal if the maps come out on xbox first. I like the xbox, but I'm a PS3 owner, and if you're really that impatient and you don't want to wait, go buy a frickin xbox. I'm sick of the argument over which console is better. For example, if I wasn't so cheap I'd go with the xbox (I don't have one cause you have to pay for online). Just go with the one you find is best for your gaming. Just don't get a wii...

Unless your playing a LAN match there will be screen-2-screen lag. I've seen it on both consoles.

ps3 is a big and i mean big pile of shit. Its like 3 times the size of 360 so then sonys like wow we have a cool system with blue ray and thats the only diffrence ya!!! And it has to laay on is side so it can take up the most space possible. Then they reilized is fucking huge so they made a smaller one, and it doesnt have a disk try so some one, like one of your family members, can go o i want to watch movie! so they put the movie in the ps3 and bam you got 2 disks stuck in your ps3.

haha. are you dumb? if you try to put a disc in the ps3 while one is already in there it just beeps and never tries to pull the second disc in. youre just making up advantages for the xbox 360. lack of disc tray? i call that an advantage for ps3 cuz its less moving parts. plus who would want that flimsy ass disc tray that the x360 uses?

as far as system performance goes, theyre pretty closely matched so its just a matter of preference of controller style for me

UNBELIEVABLE.... I just feel i need to comment on ekk0z's very scientific but completely idiotic results of image comparison. As a professional photographer I can clearly see which image appears sharper, has better contrast and definition. And its clearly the PS3 MW2 images.
Is ekk0z seriously suggesting that a flat, blurry image is a true representation of reality. Perhaps he should go to SPECSAVERS!!!

PS3 has all the great exclusives.....Killzone, Uncharted, God of War, LittleBigPlanet, Final Fantasy, Heavy Rain, Ratchet & Clank, Modnation Racers, Gran Turismo, Motorstorm, Infamous, MAG, Resistance, SOCOM etc....

Xbox: Halo, Left for Dead, Mass Effect, Forza, Gears of War.
