I think the removal of the quickswitch exploit (finally) is a big change - IMO that is the best and biggest thing in this update

This update rocks!!! Lots of good bugfixes, added botfunctionality, and the new playermodels absolutly kick ass.. They even show the weapons on the models now (primary on the back, and pistol in the holster), which is very cool!! I can't wait for cs_militia next, and eventually the rest of the playermodels etc.. Also kudos for getting rid of the lame AWP quickswitch glitch.. Keep up the good work Valve, Happy Holidays!!

Also They havnt said anything about that STEAM_ID_PENDING problem and the problem when someone leaves a server the next person that joins gets there steam id >_< big problem if u use programs such as mani mod.
