I've only played this game for about 2 hours (at a friend's house) and I'm already addicted. The only glaring differences were the lighting, which was good but weird and the physiCS.

See what he did there? Made the CS in physics bigger? There's more incredible English innovations inside. Huzzah!

cpl won't switch over unless more maps are ported/made and if what you say is true about train/nuke, than it'll be a long time til cpl'll switch over

I don't think the CPL will completely switch over. Although I wouldn't know what to do with CS:Source if I was Angel Munoz.

CPL won't switch but will rather have a seperate CS: Source event. Either way, CS is boring to watch, no way to get a good overall perspective, you always miss something, might as well play.

Yes I agree. I also agree with rammstew's comment. I dont have CS:S yet but I played the beta and had a great time on it.

Someone wrote that it will be lik 1.6, with irresponsible admins that will ban u for having 5-0 score(hacking) and things like that. Cant play CS:S cause of my system , but hoping to get a new one CS:S community will be much better that 1.6 because of a few reasons

1) CS:S requires a kick-ass machine

2) Little 12 year olds dont have $$$ to buy one and I dont think they know what is cpu and video card.

3) Not every parent would buy his/her little kid a new PC especially for a game thats rated Mature.

4) They wont buy it throught Steam cause they dont have a credit card unless they steal one or buy it in a store. Stores usually WONT sell it because its rated M.



Well as you can see CS:S is the best game ever made, there is nothing better than CS, and I mean NOTHING!

I always thought the firefights were more "intense" because of the ragdoll physics and improved stuff, but I'm stupid

The fact that gaming is now a lot more expensive, doesn't change the fact that their parents will just buy them better pc hardware.
