Silent Hill only got a 15 rating and I'll be amazed if HL2 can manage to be more screwed up then Silent Hill was. So I don't think HL2 will get any rating at all to be honest.

i dont know alot of kids that would lock u up in ur room from inside and make holes appear in ur wall, while trying to kill 20 ppl from another dimension to revive their mother, while ppl shooting other ppl is a lil more common, splinter cell chaos theory got a 16, so they dont judge games on how fucked up they are

If you go to http://www.vugames.com/corporate_news.do you'll see when they announce gold status, looking through the other information posted, quite a few products have been listed as gold, so i'm pretty sure HL2 will get the limelight

Yes, but really who is going to stop them... And I don't see the point of that... Now if it was WW2 game, WOW do they go freaking crazy in german lands about those, haha. My frined from ther visited me and never played Call of Duty and other WW2, and was like OMG, Killing Nazi is fun as heck haha.
