CS: Source Tomorrow?

They always release around 6PM Valve Time. That's the time when the steambandwith is the least consumed. Check the steam stats page for the graph and see for yourself.

My guess is, since we don't have any confirmation nor any announcement from Valve, our source was mistaken and it's not happening tonight. This is not a simple patch release, this is a complete revealing of pricing plans and is deserving of a major announcement.

i wouldn't be surprised if valve released it to day around 10:00.because even if valve hasn't finished cs s they can always send the rest thought steam while were playing it in the mean time .so there isn't much reason they wont release it tonight.

A lot of things in the steam code will be changed. They might even fix a few steam bugs, so it will pretty much be a huge steam update.

Hmm, i still say it can happen, just look back at the major Cz updates(maybe not as big but still important) we were never given a solid date, just a "next week" date, the only way we knew it was out was the moment we restarted Steam to see the update load

yeah seriously, everyones playing cs:s beta right now anyway, just release it and fix it later.



i guess thats not a good way to do business or look at things, but we obviously dont care.



sure we would complain about the bugs, but at least we would have something to complain about.
