CS: Source Tomorrow?

If it's released tomorrow (and we mostly agree that it would be rare for valve to make a release on a monday, not to mention they never make their steam releases on time) it would be during valve office hours, probably between 12PM to 6PM PDT.

I don't think so. Most people treat CS as if it were life, they're probably ditching school, and taking the day off to get CS: S... people and not getting their priorities in order...

The only reason im buying through steam tomorow (hopefully), is because i dont want to support VU. Otherwise i would wait for the CE..

Valve would surely give notice that the beta was ending? Tho not like any serious clan scrims would be using a beta?

don't think there will be a real bandwidth issue seeing as everyone who has preloaded hl2 will already have a locked copy of cs:source on their PC, all that valve need to do is update steam so it can rob you of your money & unlock cs:source so you can play, which in turn will rob you of hours & hours of your social life



being an ati voucher holder it should just auto unlock the game for me as soon as its made available, i wont bother upgrading to silver yet as none of the other games using source are available, i'd recommend you lot do the same, buy bronze just to get to play cs:source (and hl2 upon release) and then just upgrade your account as & when the other source games are released if you so wish.



oh well its 09:30 here so have a long wait to find out if it will be made available today, good job i have a CoD scrim to keep me entertained later :O oh and have they improved the net-code in cs:source beta in the latest update ? tried it last night and bullets actually registered, 6-1 in a single round felt pretty solid compared to the last time i played it...

Being skeptic about a 10/4 release I don´t see this as a valid point... scrims using the one-map-beta? yeah... whatever
