I do NOT need a new computer or ISP. Most people I talk to, forums and RL have the same problems. They range from store workers to Network admins. All with the same experiance with computers. When they bought CZ from steam. Some never recieved the game even though they had the money taken from their account. Some were charged twice. Excuse us if we are some what apprehensive about using steam to buy HL2.
