40-60 FPS in 800x600 i believe.



I bet once out of beta stage and if i tweak it some i can get a constant 60.

Seems pretty pointless to benchmark just the best cards. It would have been better if they did benchmarks with somewhat older cards.

Yeah. We already knew the best cards out there will get the bastard running. It would have be more interesting if they'd gotten a Trident PCI 1 MB card, ISA 256 KB card or Gateway ATI Rage II 2 MB PCI and tested/fried them.

I think it's been said somewhere (unconfirmed mind you) that you can have animated sprays as well in the Source engine. Been a while since I last saw that though, so of course it may or may not be true.
