CAL will be 'Pay to Play'

cal had prizes for this season as it was #26 but it's more than possible that they will have better prizes in the season to come

For all the free service that CAL has provided for us over the years, I'm glad they finally started doing this. They deserve it. I hope it makes the leagues smoother and all the morons drop.

I don't have a problem with paying $5. It's just $5, c'mon who are we kidding? If any of you guys read the article a CAL-I player wrote that appeared on gotfrag.com, the $5 entry fee could be put tp good use. Larger prize money? Not to mention the Admins getting some reimburstment for the time and effort they put into this league. Running and regulating a league this big must be taxing, especially in CAL-O.

This is directed towards those who complain and nag about this newly introduced "pay to play" rule for CAL. How many of you have spent $20, $30, or hell, even $60 on headsets, mice, mousepads, mouseskates, keyboards, and other expensive gaming equipment? $5 is not much at all. This is great to weed all the immature teams comprised of individuals that haven't even reached puberty yet. I can imagine it now:
