1.6 isn't even as good as CZ, btw.

Link of source?
All versions except the single player only version (read: ati vouchers, the sp only version at retail idea was scrapped) come with CS:S.
You don't have to buy the collectors edition, that's for the other valve ports like Half Life 1 on source.
I am not sure about other mods on source, such as DoD.Comment

It's not VALVe's fault your aim sucks
I have an awesome rig, aim is still fuc*ed. FIX IT or the game will be in the bargain bin with HALO PC. Believe it Valve workers.
I find it just a tad more difficult than 1.6, because I'm so used to 1.6. Aiming has not changed at all, recoil has improved on most gunsComment

saw that coming...My score is usually at least a 2-1 ratio, is yours?...dont skirt the issue. The aim is fuc*ed...it feels like bf1942. I cant believe when some of you say its not. Till its fixed HL2 will be played through then left for dead...

Because the definition of "free" is complicated by all sorts of concepts not relevant to this particular discussion, I'm going to use the definition of its synonym, complimentary.
And u know its wrong (it is logically - recheck the meaning of the word free) but u dont want to admit it since u want to give credit to valve for doing this. Why im pushing this "free" thing so far is coz i dont like giving free credits to som1, and also not giving enough.
com·pli·men·ta·ry ( P ) (kmpl-mnt-r, -tr)
adj.
1. Expressing, using, or resembling a compliment: a concert that received complimentary reviews.
2. Given free to repay a favor or as an act of courtesy: complimentary copies of the new book.
In this case, the "favour" was purchasing Valve's original offered product: either signing up for the Cybercafé program, buying a video card (not a Valve product per se, but you see what I mean), or buying Condition Zero. At the time that these products were originally made available, the Source beta had not been announced. People purchased these products on the merit of the original offer alone. When the Source beta was announced, the price of these products did not change. The only fee being charged remains the original fee for the original product. The Source beta is an extra product provided at no charge.
The Swedish laws you mention interest me. Here in Canada we have some similar laws, but they're not quite that limiting.Schmich wrote..
The last thing I said was inspired by you, but not directed at you - I just wanted to make it clear that I was supporting Valve, and not crying out for a new map.
Im not sure if the last part was against me.Comment

lies, you'll have to pay an aditional 30 dollars(aside form the regular $50 which will be the price ONLY for HL2) to buy the collectors edition which will include all the source ports.
STFUhttp://www.csnation.net/articles.php/192/3/
/as it was pointed out to me.
CS-Nation: Moving to the final release, how will CS: Source be distributed? Will it be available exclusively to Half-Life 2 owners?
cliffe: Counter-Strike: Source will be included with all versions of Half-Life 2. However, we will also make it available as a stand alone purchase for those who'd prefer to purchase CS:S a la carte.Comment

Improved consistency of hitboxes between the server and client
Woot to all those. GJ Valve, but I couldn't care less about the rest of the changes. :x
Fixed grenades getting stuck in props
Fixed playerlist in-game UI: will now properly display players
Fixed alt-tab video corruption bugs
Fixed player hovering over ground on round restart
Updated scoreboard to display 32+ player games properly

btw, i only have one name i go by and that is vull. and the intill thing the fucking u is next to i, ever heard of typo? nimrod.
this is my last post in response to idiots, so feel free to talk to the wall when u post trying to flame more. it is bs to the max that a beta cannot be tested, should be called alpha.

jesus christ people...cs:source is in BETA for a reason, its not perfected yet, its not done yet! They have it out to find these problems before its finished, and they can only sort through thousands of "wtf this" and "holy shit valve sucks they should fix this.." so fast. Jesus, stop whining or stop playing, if it pisses you off that muchComment
