In the "FAQ" you have "What is CS Source"

      http://www.csnation.net/view.php/cssource/faq/source.csn

But in the main page, you have the same link labeled "What is CS Source"

So you have a showing of the same information on both the main page, and in the "FAQ" section. I dont know if you want it that way, but it just seems pointless to have it twice.

I believe it was done on the main page to point out one of the more commonly asked of the FAQ's. Though that's just my guess since I didn't do the main page.

Might I suggest "i.e." instead, it might be less confusing.

Means player colliding with objects. It's worded a little poorly, and I'll fix that. But "read: pushing" doesn't mean "see this page on pushing". "Read:" is a common cliche that is used to explain what was just said.
ah cheers rizzuh i understand now, i'm english wot u expect, i'm alittle dumb :p

keep up the good work and roll on hl2

directx6 will work but whether it works fairly good or not will be questionable. and of course the minimum specs they offer for a game doesn't mean it's unplayable without those specs, it will just be slow in some areas with a low end machine.

Anyone notice everyone in CS Source is a hunchback?
have you ever seen someone aim a gun while standing straight? that's how you're supposed to aim with a gun while walking

Nice work on this section. Bring on the media blitz! I am dieing for more Source info, and I keep refreshing CSN every few hours in hopes of an extremely high quality movie showing what can be done with barrells.

BTW.. Wtf is up with this pic?

                  http://www.csnation.net/image.php?id=29572

"I have no legs" is the first thing that comes to mind. Is it safe to assume you will be able to blow off players limbs? If thats the case, then my life will be ruined once this game comes out. I could spend countless hours turning my friends into hobbling cripples.

I took the shot with that angle simply because I want to have a good look of the entry of the ramp. If the bodies in CS:S could be blown up as you assumed, it'd be really cool. But, well, so far it seems impossible.

I think nadomola is actually in a wall during that picture (so the body is leaning up against a wall).

Ah, it's seen in the new videos how that person is... The legs are actually curled up behind the person forming a C or a U type of shape if looking from above. Just another look at the ragdoll physics at work there.

Ok there is some degree to where there is a slight slough for aiming while walking, (about the same as the current CS models being used) and there is an extreme slouch, which is what CS:S seems to have.
