You need to log out of Steam and then log back in.



Within Steam > File > Change user... > Close Steam > Restart Steam > Log in

Reduced CPU usage/processing time during downloads

They had this problem since the launch of the old Steam, I'm glad they were able to track it down in 3 years..

Now it starts up almost as fast as a simple program should in windows, so this is a nice update, good work.

I know but seriously valve need to start putting more time into a game that has so much potential comapared to all these games that have a online life of 2 weeks till no one cares anymore..



CSS has a huge user base waiting for the changes everyone knows need to be fixed.

I think what alot of the CSS idiots don't understand is that Valve have seperate teams for each product that they work on.



Valve don't suddenly drop everything and get all the programmers working on Steam. They have a team that supports CSS, DODS etc etc.



Big changes like all the nubs want to CSS take time to perfect(suprising that the comp community is doing fine even with all these "game breaking" bugs) so just hold off with the whining, they are working on it.
