Counter-Strike 1.1 - When I first started playing, awsome stuff.



Counter-Strike 1.3 - Still the same with added voice support, only problem there was loads of cheaters.



Counter-Strike 1.4 - This is when CS was starting to die, it was still fun though.



Counter-Strike 1.5 - Same as 1.4 really, still fun but never like it used to be.



Counter-Strike 1.6 - Introduction of Steam, I personally didn't have a problem with it but it was safe to say Counter-Strike's days were coming to an end, the game isn't enjoyable like it once was.



CZ - What a disapointment!



The only thing we can do now is wait for HL2 and CS Source. The introduction of HL2 and it's source engine is going to be a new beginning and I can't wait.

CZ was a waste of my money

I cant believe i actually bought it...

1.0 was too much like cs 1.6

1.1 was a disappointment! Half the new models are butt-ugly and everything takes longer

they tried to make it too realistic

i hope 1.2 is going to be better

they should link cs with cz just for 1.6 let them use those pale 1.6 arms for all weapons no new skins n maps look the same with just added items on the maps like cz

I think we're all just going to have to tough it out 'till CS 2. Then the community will be joined again!



CZ owners should be able to go into "find servers" and select CZ servers, CS1.6 servers, or both. All you would get were better TEXTURES on maps (because I know how some maps have physically changed) and basically, updated graphics with the same engine/gameplay of CS 1.6



I still think that CS owners shouldnt be able to play on CZ servers, becasue that's no fair to CZ owners.



Now how about CS 2 will be the added bonus to HL2 from valve to show their love for the CS community!!!

Why can't we ever seem to get the models fixed so that they actually look in the proper direction they are facing? I'm tired of getting shot by a model looking the opposite way. This has been going on for months and hasn't been fixed.

CZ owners can play on CS 1.6 servers. They just have to load CS 1.6 up.

IT IS the same as the deleted scenes one, adjust your monitor.

Both Counter-Strike and Condition Zero have a minimum of cheaters. Excessive cheating died long ago. In case you have not noticed.

Indeed. It's just that CS1.6 has more of the good players that get accused of cheating. (Not to say that CZ is full of noobs, you know, but all the ELITE CLANS AND DUODES~ still play 1.6 all the time and.. of course get kicked by noob admins.)
