well done dan frome for really interesting directing and camera angles, although with a bit more time you couldve edited it a lot better. youre definitely improving! excellent closeups and slow motion shots, but the movie would really stand out from the crowd if it had more of them. the player models are detailed enough for extreme tight shots. and would definitely make the characters jump out at you from the screen. something worth considering perhaps?
Too bad Dan had nothing to do with the direction of this film.

It gets decent half way through the movie. The ending scene is very cool. Gotta applaude the effort, but I hope they make it more interesting next time around, the dialouge wasn't all too good.

Also hope they use some higher quality models in the future, as well as more detailed maps.

The highway scene also came out very nice.

More visual tricks would really improve the experience... like more light effects and sprites at battle scenes to compliment the regular particle effects from guns.

Good camera but that's about it.

Great effort but next time do better, yes?

Oh, and the two main characters had some good characterization. But that's about it. I don't really know what they were doing at any given moment but it was fun to listen to them squabble.

Okay, I attempted to watch it... What a nice waste of bandwidth and time. Visually it was horrible, acting was horrible (changing accents, etc.), script was incoherent.

You dont have to spend a million dollars to make something creative. If something is posted publicly I have high expectations for it. It's not like I dug this out of my little brothers hard drive. These guys made this film with the intent on releasing it to the public (however small an audience our community may be). The could have done so much better in every aspect of the movie. Whats the point of creating something if you arent going to take the time to make it worth watching. It's like they just fumbled through it so they could tell their mommy and friends how cool they are because they made a counter-strike movie.

RAWR ! *Evil movie critic hat off*

It wasn't the worse cs movie thingy I've seen.. and the soundtrack was VERY good. Do better next time guys.
              Exactly.

thanks for pointing out my terrible mistake. i feel humbled by your all-knowing omnipotence. so how's this?

adding some bullet models would defintely add a lot too. yes i know theyre not in the game, but perhaps a rapid moving model through the map? -for example. and you gotta find a way to get smooth panning and zooming from those demos. jerky and none synced with frames movement really detracts from the realism and unfortunately youre reminded that its still a demo from CS i heard that you were looking for some camera movement scripters a while back. perhaps you should hire someone else hehe :)

not sure if youre a fan of using motion control during the making of such a machinima film. with predefined scripts it would make it very simple to do. but maybe you prefer to not blend sequences but rather have a PURE movie :0

good story, good pace, amazing race car sequence, but youre gonna have to explain about the mysterious gun. maybe its a deliberate cliffhanger ?

i LOVED the way that shielder was owned by that nade and flew in front of the moon. truly inspired."

Mostly because most newbie terrorists can't kill without their AK. I thought it was funny due to accuracy.

rofl. every1 knows the sig552 is more of a killing machine than the AK.

very good effects, only bad point is the actors voices, which were quite crappy, but the movies music and fx are very well done

                        4 thumbs up (of 5 :p)

the CPL nerds are strange people (u gotta be strange if u reach the top in anything), so them trying new weapons is unlikely. the sig552 is much more accurate than that ak, and can zoom.

I'd like to see a practiacal joke type movie. All these serious CS films just turn out being uber-cheesy.

Yeah, looks VERY good looking, the ladies wouldn't mind getting a peice of that*. Oh, and the car looks good too.

*by that I mean myself, because, as I stated before, I am very good looking and I am a person that women would like to get a peice of. You are allowed to laugh now.
