    asking what someone's sensitivity is set at is meaningless. The only way it's even relevant is if you have the exact same mouse, using the exact same drivers, using the exact same settings in the drivers. Unless you meet all three conditions, my HL sensitivity setting isn't going to exhibit the same behaviour on your machine.



    edit - actually, screen refresh rate also matters, so that's four conditions altogether that change how HL sensitivity ultimately behaves

      i had a giganta optical from everglide. it sucked. i bought this weird "metal art mousepad" made by allsop and it rocks. 15 squid in pcworld :o)

        ..dont forget game resolution and windows sensitivity too.



        i use an optical generic MS mouse and a blue cloth mousepad i stole from work. no problems aiming in CS whatsoever. i much prefer a ball mouse. its a lot more accurate (dpi-wise, than a normal opticla mouse).
