cbble - dark areas removed new boxes...

nuke - box is now unbreakable by ct side windows, and floating box expliot still there (I've not checked but was told)



colt - may be less accurate now while silenced

ducking and standing seem to create less difference in accuracy

ct auto sniper more accurate (at least it feels it)



no fix for tundra.wad problem with it not transfering with steam...



Flash system way different. I am getting more "quick flashes" where you have a flash to white back to normal in 1 second... but no more flash causing unflash situtations.



vgui menus off seems to have been fixed.



buy menu system works again you can always buy kits and shields with out binds in vgui



vgui system redone both with rounded corners in menu's and some other visual improvements.



solid radar looks like muerta, nice graphics job there vavle.



Thanks valve for not again telling us what was changed. The last patch did the same thing where they added dynamic scoped crosshairs to the aug and styer. This patch seems to have alot more things changed in it then they admit.



cz issues... Bad load time issues in game with new graphics and sounds... the sounds cause hiccups on my machine amd 2200,audiology, 512mb and a 4200



The colt draw animation and colt look horrible. The deagle looks hidious too and has a problematic draw animation.

I've been playing since the days when the p90 ruled the earth - I don't need to hear your self-righteous drivel about being a pro player blah blah blah. That's what this patch eliminates - the exploit, not the skill. This change will for people with sniper rifles to use sniper tactics instead of just running around.



I seriously doubt this patch will be rolled back, and honestly I hope it doesn't. Have you ever fired an AWM? I have. Do they reload quickly. No. They are designed to be a one-shot one-kill weapon, from a great distance, and almost always fired from prone. Not some n00b's rush gun.



I don't doubt that you have skills, but when a 2 week old newb buys his first awp - he has almost as much skill as anyone else. Besides - your skill most likely from time spent in-game, being able to predict certain things on certain maps - that's where alot of my skills come from - experience. I have no doubt that you can play well with any gun.



Quickswitch is handy, but it should not be exploited as it has been. Adapt.

Douche - I don't have time to play in a league or be in a clan. I work for a living, I don't play games. Something which you should attempt, unless you're happy living in mom and dad's basement. It's a game - and many of us treat it as such, and continue to play regardless of game changes. Money for Valve is what drives this community, not leagues. You think Valve would continue to support, or even create new games if it wasn't profitable?



I am well aware that CPL doesn't allow custom sprites or models, but I am also aware that they help make the game more FUN for me. Therefor - I couldn't give a shit less what the "leagues" do.

I'm currently stationed in Korea on fort rester. I have talked and know many snipers. I know how they shoot and obviously you don't. You are stuck in a fake life, a virtual world with nothing to show for it but YOUR dumb-ass comments. Snipers do keep their eyes on the scope ALWAYS. The scope LETS THEM SCAN the area after the shot(snipers usually have already scanned the area before shooting. Why would a sniper use his eyes to "scan" a target a mile away? No #124 you are very wrong and your half-baked comments shows Ur stupidity.

i like the awp change, but what they need to "refine" it a bit:



1 there should be no pause if you take out your awp and you need to reload.



2 there should be no pause if you fire, switch your gun, and wait for lets say 5 seconds (at which point normally the 'pause' would already be over with).

in short, yes... however the ak/colt, mp5, usp, glock, deagle, autosnipers, scout, and mac-10 are worthy. dunno what the fuck you were thinking. its the rest that should be fixed or replaced.
