This new version is totaly different to the 1st one which was like 2 years ago. This is far more like the betas, get it, its great, having some great fun here with it. Me and mt friends are gonna create a lan with it.

i found out about csnation in 1.3 and when i registered back then i had a diff email which i lost the password for. otheriwse id have been here for a while.

i played csclassic yesterday with the acual creator.

he modded it so that ppl that didnt want left hnd models cud use right hand.

type that exact thing in console and switch weapons, u will then beright handed.

lol after playing it i have the agree with the other "1337 vets" here. really 1.6 is so much better than it was 4 years back, but then the ambiance, *community* was way better....

If I go into my Steam polder, I have no Half-Life folder, only a Counterstrike folder, and if I install CS-Classic into that, it makes a Half-Life folder, but I can't play it thru Steam?

Any ideers?

I have to say... I just tried it out myself... And damn, I'm definately appreciating CS1.6 a hell of a lot more right now.

it puzzles me how people think 1.6 has worse reg and bigger hitboxes,even before 1.6 came out they said they were reducing the head hitbox some in size. when i first played 1.6 i could tell a huge difference in reg,i even went back to 1.5 servers which vary way to much and many were terrible reg.In 1.6 most of the serves reg just fine.Even on lan i could tell a difference in reg from 1.5 to 1.6.and YES i did compare with a bunch of other people.

run a game of hl SP or MP for a few mins

then quit and the folder will be there

Yet again, Detonator has done it. Who else would have almighty leetness to create such a thing. It may not of even been that hard to create. Might not even of had any coding involved. But the idea is fucking awsome and I don't see no1 else getting off of their fat asses and actually compiling something like this and making it compatible with steam. I got to say, how leet is the creator?
