Just to follow up on Omnova's suggestions, you might want to try Day of Defeat. It's extremely easy to kill with all the guns, even if you're a newb. Basically, it comes down to having good teamwork, covering each other as you push toward an objective, and having good communication. Almost all the guns are balanced so you might enjoy this more as CS isn't really about having equality among guns. The Dod weapons are balanced and you simply pick your class/weapons based on what your team's needs are at the moment. (I think you said something earlier about having some guns being better at some situations and not others as desirable). The DOD players on Pubs tend to be a little more mature compared to CS pubs, so you might enjoy the enhanced teamwork.
