Huh ?!? CS:CZ is getting released on September 12th in Germany. And as it features CS 1.6 already, I guess CS 1.6 is only getting delayed a few days more and will be ready for download as soon as CZ is out.

Steam does still have bugs which need ironed out, there seems to be a new bug for everyones system. They still need to fix a few counter strike bugs too. Some things in steam they need to add, is more information on what the hell the thing is doing, and it still freezes once in a while, i know i know, its only once in a while. But it could be better.



I also hope they fix the damn arms! PLZ FIX THE PASTY WHITE ARMS! THINK OF THE CHILDREN!

Had to drop this bit 'o science over at CS Central. To find your CD key in the Windows registry go to:



Start Menu -> Run -> Type in: regedit -> Go to this registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve\Half-Life\Settings -> Look for the header KEY -> and those numbers should be it.



*Note: if you have Counter-Strike Retail the registry key will be HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve\Counter-Strike\Se

Yea, the best thing they could have would be a "monitor" button on the main Steam menu screen. Then when u clicked it, you could see what games were being updated, and how much bandwidth they were using.

I hate Steam because connecting on a server takes twice more time than with a normal 1.5.

And I like to see my console when connecting too...

You get all these updates for free, yet you think you have some weight behind your complaining. CS doesn't make VALVe any more money so they have to pay their programmers to fix/add shit without getting anything out of it. It's almost like a free expansion pack.

If Valve is so short on money perhaps they could release something they can sell, like CZ. Oh wait they handed that off to 3 different developers and have not made their release date of 2001. What does that tell you?

Two words for you: Custom models. Besides, don't most CS players have pasty arms because they're inside all the time playing CS?
