Yea, I've been going on some servers where cobble's in the rotation, and I forgot how much fun it it was. Great map, for sure.

And CZ will never see the light of day, I have said so for 1.5 years it would never be released and it wont, its an embarrasment. At least Valve can claim that at ONE TIME they had the most popular MP game ever. You cant NOT update your game and expect to KEEP that title. I have CS'd for 3 straight years and I am TIRED of promises that dont get delivered.

Which explains why CS has the largest community out there, or atleast one of the largest? Idiot. Go play something else if you don't like Valve so much.

steam 0wnz you, there is no reason to hate steam. Hell I would love to be able to download new games instead of going to the store. Saving gas money !

What's funny is, back before 1.4 came out, I hated steam (remember that beta test?). It was slow, and it was just a pain in the ass. I like the new Steam a lot better. It has great features such as Friend's, the CS GUI looks great. I don't have any grudge or anything against Steam.

The problem will be for people with a lack of an internet connection (go figure...) they will still have to go to the store, or for people with 56K, they'll still have to drive some place, because i can guarantee with HL2 or CZ released they are gonna be 1 mutha fargin huge files to download...

All I'd like to see is the area between site lengthened. Then that B site shrunk, just to get rid of the 2-4 PUB AWP's that congrate back there every round.

Cobble is good map. I always liked how it was a nice change from the normal maps, and it was pretty balanced at the same time. Though nobody ever wanted to play it. Wonder whats changed..

True enough, but:

The next step will be to fix the remaining issues with the Riot Shield in Counter-Strike, and any remaining issues with Steam. This will happen almost immediately after the Steam beta ends.
