These were only suggestions. I can't believe how ungrateful people are. Sad actually. The wallhack block code has been completely rewritten so that should solve the flickering player issues if they do arise. Many problems arise when people run HLG on their Pentium 2 200 server. HLG requires some CPU for its calculations... not all servers can run it. If people have obsolete hardware... there is nothing we can do.

Yes this *will* turn off footstep sounds to ALL players (many players have resorted to walking to avoid footstep sounds anyway).

I appreciate anti-cheats when I see results. I stopped playing CS for a long time because of cheaters. Today, with VAC and HLGuard, I still see at least one blatent cheater on my favorite set of servers each time I play, but it's far better then how it used to be before VAC and other anti-cheats were common. I appreciate suggestions and ideas that will help add to gameplay but... you have to admit that turning off footsteps is a wretched suggestion. Maybe whoever wrote that was thinking more in mind of cheaters than actual gameplay, but CS without footsteps is just... ugh. I'd rather play with that one guaranteed cheater than watch CS degenerate even more into teamdeathmatch.
