Hey everyone. I am running a server with the WC3 mod and was wondering what would be the best anti-cheat mod to add to the server? Have hl-guard running but not all the cheats are being caught. Also running CS 1.5 does Punkbuster have an update for this version of CS? And if anyone wants to check it out here's the IP

no you brough tit up, by accusing me of cheating, and threatening to get me banned of my favourite servers. and obviously u r trying to prove something otherwise you wouldnt write novels in reply.

Given the limited capacity of CS as a game (I mean I sometimes wish you could stop shooting and play Mario II or a round of Chinese poker with others) I don't think logical or possible for you to state you don't use your Xhair on to look but use your eyes? I mean since the Xhair defines the center of view (the focus point), without moving the center it is otherwise impossible to get a greater point of view. I mean to 'instantly snap on to them' they would have to be within the field of vision. And shooting teammates and dead bodies, well there are three instances that justifies shooting teammates (when FF is off) at the start of round (gunho), when they are blocking you, and shooting dead bodies when the other player got your hp to teens and it's the 'end' of the round. Other then those moments its just waste of ammo, giving away your position, losing the advantage of sound and deficiency in attention of incoming hostiles; or just 'playing dumb.' Now I can see how someone who cheats would want the attention of other players to spectate them, and then use these tactics to state how 'I'm not even trying' and how 'I'm fooling around' even though 'I'm kicking your ass.. blah blah blah.'



But this is a different mentality from a die hard player who has something to prove. A die hard player is robotic during the start of each round, he has a set of rules that he follows on each map and usually rushes a point and hold at start checks his radar for friendlies that go down and yes shoots the hell out of common camp shots (but he usually misses these hail mary shots 85% ~ 98% of the time) and tactic to inflict as much pain as possible before his demise. I like the run and walk tactic to keep my ears sharp, and always (if money permits) buy two flashbangs, one for the start rush and other for safety. Of course the best defense is (a good offensive, clichévill) is constant movement, and mastering the strafe tactic of peek-a-boo (left, right) shooting is gold. Also going full auto the die hard players knows to compensate for recoil it's down and left for colt, and straight down for AK.



I rant, hmm I never played with your Pharlap so I can only comment on what you say not how you play. Demo your game for us so we can see what we can learn from you please.

i never said i was an amazing player who is better than a 'pro'. read carefully. all i said was i have my own style of play, and if it looks dodgy to you, TOUGH! FUCK OFF! It's good, but not great. The silencer really stands out compared to the gun texture. The contrasting shades of black are just... very... "meh" to me. Otherwise, it's a good model.

I don't like it for the fact that it is a compact, yet it looks very bulky. The silencer as stated by Zips is a sore thumb. Better than anything I can do, worthy of a 6.
