• those crazy folks over at djeyl.net have released a server addon known only as webmod. well, actually it has a nick name. it will work with any mod that is supported by metamod, although it is designed for cs. it does some cool stuff that i don't understand, so if you want to learn more click away.
  
  
  
  
• the true gamers league (tgl) is planning to start back up. they are looking for a few staff to help start them up again. php coders, graphic artists, admins, and anything that can help out. contact them in #tgl on gamesnet, or email pixul at jaycep@tgleague.com for more information.
  
  
  
  
• every one's favorite non-csn moderator who also creates maps, 3d mike, is at work on a new project. it is entitled cs_greenhouse and it looks pretty damn good. so if you like maps, check out the screens.
  
  
  
  
• a new version of modelvu has been released. don't know what it is? modelvu is an opengl 3d model viewer. in this early stage of development modelvu currently only able to view half-life model files. however, in the near future modelvu will be able to view all kinds of 3d models from different programs and games. they've added plenty of new stuff in this version, so tecleo!

The free cs designs thing is going to go bust. Free designs to any clan. Pffft. I would at least make one for a clan that's actually better then good. Ie, cal caliber. And what's up with the site's links forwarding me elsewhere?

If this map were to become an official map, it may not be played as much in matches, leagues, etc. because of it's being a hostage map. But hey, some leagues use assault for matches...



Which would you rather have for an official map? A map done by 3D Mike that boasts good gameplay value, or, say, havana (which no one plays)?



I don't know about you guys, but I would take survivor over havana any day...
