Or, people could just make balanced maps. How's that sound, sport?
thank you for your thoughtful comment mouth.

my point is in real life the "map" or tactical situation is never balanced. in a CS map the Ts should have a huge incentive to stay inside and the CTs should be afraid of killing the hostages.

balanced maps can be boring maps if the balance is achieved through symmetry of design. there are more creative and realistic ways to do this.

i like maps that favor a mix of weapons and tactics, not just the assault rifle and rushing. which is what i see most on public servers.

And stacking the teams isn't one of them.

I have to say, I really like the idea of forcing unbalanced teams on certain maps. It would have to be a server variable, obviously, in case you wanted to play with equal numbers... But i definitely think it could work well, although it would take some balancing/thinking to get right.

thanks for the well thought out and helpful suggestions mouth.

i thought "team stacking" was when all the skilled players were on one team, not an uneven numbers of players on each.

i think the defending team (usually the Ts) should be out numbered.

this is more realistic. Ts (my preferred team) should be guarding the Hostages, not rushing.

i just think rather than re-designing (or removing ) some of the maps to balance the game you could do it another way. like weapon restrictions or fixed team ratios. there are already weapon restrictions in CS by default. i believe these were added for realism and to influence the tactics of each side.

Thank you for the dumbass posts that need only a single sentence to highlight their absurdity.

When all the skilled players are on 1 team, it's called "1 team is more skilled than the other". Oddly, that sort of thing tends to occur in a game where 1 team wins and 1 team loses. What was it...right! Com-pe-ti-tion.
i think the defending team (usually the Ts) should be out numbered.

this is more realistic. Ts (my preferred team) should be guarding the Hostages, not rushing.
So, in order to prevent them from rushing, you propose something that in no way will stop T rushing. Gold star for you.

Yes, and let's find one suitably convoluted to fit your tastes.

Hmmm. In the even that a mapmaker pulls an Assault on us we can...change the mod itself to compensate for the mapper's incompetence. Sounds like a plan to me, ace.
