People seem to be forgetting that Gearbox hasn't been in charge of CZ for months now. This decision was made before the 1.6 in December announcement, so hopefully any and all delays will be minimal.

Ritual didn't remove anything, it's Gearbox. They own the content they made, and won't give it up to Ritual to use. Hence why CZ is starting from scratch.
Bash Gearbox and Sierra, not Ritual.

They said 1.6 is going to come out around January, correct? They also said on the steam forums that the beta will take a month. Im guessing that the beta will be released this month.Comment

OH FUCK. From what i read with the gamespy article, it seems as if they (Ritual) through out that whole idea of being a commander and able to set your people as different talents like one guy being kickass at a sniper and another being a bomb expert and put you specifically in a limited weapons situation. FUCKING GAY!! THX ALOT GEARBOX! I WOULD HAVE ACTUALLY BOUGHT THIS IF IT WAS STILL YOU GUYS MAKING IT. BUT NO, YOU WANNA GO ON TO "BIGGER AND BETTER GAMEPLAY" AND ALL THAT BULLSHIT. Apparently, Gearbox has something bigger in store for us (please dont tell me it was Nightfire). Perhaps VALVe and Gearboxed clapsed hands and got into TF2, which could kick CZ ass. CZ might just be sleeping sand Sierra uses to lull us to sleep.
I certainly hope to be amazed.
