it was all worth it cause seeing that one person get so mad that they began cursing like none other on the voice com was so great.

I find it funny that all these guys play CS so much they got bored and have to come up with these alternate ways to stay entertained while playing the game. To me it's kinda cool that CS allows you to play practical jokes throught it. Where do you normally play practical jokes? Home, work, school, friends house, shit like that. Here you've got a whole bunch of people doing silly shit on some server playing some game. Just interesting to me.
Practical jokes on friends, regulars of a server your a regular on, people you know, and such. Those kinds of practical jokes are normally funny as hell, unfortunately only to those "in the loop". Tricking a bunch of people to some part of the map to kill them all with a para, well, I dunno.
I wonder if while trying to open doors on de_dust if David Johnston said shit over the mic like "open sesami" and all that.
As for shooting the walls ahead of some guy with no sound, if he got overly upset, that could be pretty funny. If you were there I guess.
Probably half these things could be summed up as that "you had to have been there".Comment

But while doing my prank (*only a few times, honest guv) I like how some kind-hearted people DID help me. They gave advice, suggestions, told me how to play properly, and some guided me around the map. It was nice and reassuring to know that not everyone who plays this strange and addictive game is a 13-year old with only themselves to play for...
Of course, this was all on UK servers... I couldn't possibly comment on non-UK players :)Comment
