Could everyone here please be more biased toward a documentary that no one has seen? It's really fun. By fun I mean totally idiotic.

The documentary might be biased toward David Grossman's viewpoint. Sadly you pathetic jackasses wouldn't know, because you have not seen it. So lay off with the "it's gonna"s and "it'll"s.

It seems few of you know the point of documentaries or even come close to understanding the point of this specific documentary. Fewer of you really know what being bias means, apparently. That or you're just total hypocrites.

yes maybe we havent seen the documatary yet...they might have more details answering our question..but they presented it to us that...gaming is to blame...maybe we could be wrong..but thats how they have showed it to us so far....but if the show says gaming is to blame 100%...in the documentary...then whos the jackass now..

Gaming is to blame for what? One person's addiction. You're still a jackass.

This kind of fanboy-ism is totally intolerable. Gaming has its negative aspects. If one person is literally addicted to them, like this one kid probably is, then it reflects on the one person. It doesn't reflect on computer gaming.

The documentary will probably focus on the kid and not Minh Le. Jackass.

Cs is bad mmmmmmmkay? Well, for some folks unable to sort real life from the game, I'm sure it has a negative effect....but hey, if they killed themselves, or someone else, Darwin called that Natural Selection....Stop pissing in the Gene pool...

Did you see that liberal freak they had a few clips of?

"The fact that the first ammedment, second ammendment does not matter at all"

Gee, I sure wouldn't want him as president.

All that guy is doing is trying to force his opinions onto you. Regardless of the basic foundation of America. I wonder if he hates America too.

"The corperation just wants to make money".

OH MY GOD! NOW THERE'S A STRANGE CONCEPT!!! THEY WANT TO MAKE MONEY?? BETTER NOT BUY THEIR STUFF THEN.

Hmm, according to this guy's views he must grow his own food, build his own house, make his own clothing...

If he boycotts a corporation becuase they want to make money... he should be doing it to all of them.

I think a lot of people are basing their arguments on the NUMEROUS video clips on their website. Not neccessarily the documentary itself.

Did you hear about some gay-ass law that congress passed (or maybe proposed, but its related to congress) where they ruled that games arent a form of expression, and therefore not protected under the freedom of expression shit. So therefore, games with dismemberment/decapitations and other forms of excessive violence or suggestive themes would be banned.

The most ironic part of it is that the senator that proposed the law said he did "extensive research". I bet he went to the arcade, played some pacman, and went to propose a new law to congress.

This gives me more faith towards the nation's government, because they refuse to regulate tabacco, but manage to kill off gaming.

Basically I believe by the time the 14-21 group are middle-aged the mass media would have focused on something else to bash. Probably a lot sooner. Every 5 years there is something new the media likes to focus on and show how "bad" it is.

Hell, by the time we're middle-aged the majority of the people in the media will like video games. It's an on-going cycle. Most of us will probably be baised to something teens like when we're forty+ too.

The ad is sensationalist, but most of the comments don't even seem to awknowledge it. "THEY SAY GAMES MAKE ME KILLL NOT TURES." The ad doesn't say that!

By the way I was joking about the jackass thing, I like liked your little "who's the jackass, now" question, as if you beat me in some poker game.

Ever see any of the hacker documentaries? It's such a fucking joke, they show retards using SUB7 and back orifice lol. This documenatry will be another good laugh. Too bad it has to drag ignorant people into thinking these games are bad. In CS I don't even notice the fact that there is blood, if they took it away it wouldn't matter. It's all about the skill and challenge of the game. And BTW if anyone ever hits the power switch, I'll kill them.

I think you got a point man... like... we can't really make a judgement until the show airs and these commercials are just doing exactly what has been happening here... Attracting attention... That's what commercials are all about no?

Based on what they have said on their web site articles I do think they are going to be a little bias on the show... but one things for sure is the videos/commercials seem to be working because they are even stirring debate here

"Its been absolute hell. Its been really awful." saids Susan Ives, a mother from Washington D.C., whos water-addicted son turned on her on day.

One night earlier this year, susan's son, billy, was drinking his 5th cup of water of the day. Alarmed, she asked billy to stop drinking the substance in such large amounts, because it might have horrible side effects. At first, she asked him nicely to stop drinking water, confused, billy continued to drink. A day later, she asked billy firmly to stop drinking the water, since she was afraid that he might be addicted, but billy defied her and continued to drink water. Then, she locked him in a closet and cut off his water supply so he can combat the water addiction. 2 days later, billy knocked down the closet door quickly ran towards the kitchen. When his mother tried to stop him, he knocked her onto the ground and kicked her, and then promptly died from withdrawal syptoms while reaching for the kitchen faucet.

this is a sad case of how water, previously thought to be harmless, is a deadly and very addictive substance.
