Beta testing the first steam/1.4 patch was so god awful slow, even when private, so that kinda led me away from being too excited about this. But I'm no doubt disappointed.

One file is 400 MB, the rest are 42 MB. There is now way I downloaded a 400 MB file in an hour and ten. The 400 MB is instantly there as soon as you start downloading so I dont know what it is :o

So am I, took me two minutes to read up on what todo. Download Steam, install steam, run steam. Itll make you create an account, create it and log in. Then select Counter-Strike as a game you want to subscribe to. After starting to download CS; later it will be done, then goto server list and join a game. However at the moment it seems thats not working due to Steam closing there Beta, so just wait.
