#1 cs is so popular that if ya gona make something public ! eveyone is gona try to get it !!!!

#2 Stream can't take ( in its presant condistion ) the strain of the cs comunity ( LOL and they think they want to do it for other games too LOL )

#3 if your going to reless it publicly then do it in a form that it can be tested and distriduted in a easy way !

#4 why bother with a beta. if your gona reless it. do so. if there is a bug ( like nerly ever singal time you do reless a patch ) then send out a fix when you fined out what it is .
