Actually 1.6 was last week. We are now going backwards in releases. 1.4 comes out next Thursday. 1.3 in March. Stay tuned.

I usually tell people I got bit in the hand by a dog and therefore it hurts when I move my mouse. Or I just call them a hackor and go and cry in my room.

I play on a 56k modem (as if anyone hadn't noticed). The obvious excuse doesn't even have to be voiced for people to understand why I'm sucking at the moment. Of course, that isn't to say that I never go ahead and point out the fact, just to make sure everyone is aware. "Grrrr, lagged out again..." Seeing as I typically get annoying lag spikes/freezes every couple of minutes at minimum, and really bad spikes a couple of times each map... I sometimes feel compelled to mention this fact.



I suppose that's another thing I'm curious about... why are we so compelled to explain what happened that caused our death if it didn't seem fair to us? Is it pride, or some weird sense of fairness, or what? Beats me, but it's something to think about, I suppose. I don't mind congratulating someone else when I got "legitimately" owned, however. I guess it's the conflicts that I feel I would have won on a LAN that I lose which bother me. Hmm.
