I have never cheated with my cd key... Vac has banned me from the server till 2008?? I have been playing for three years now and this is the first time that this has happened. Can someone help me or redirect this to someone? i dont know what to do ... my wonip is 1986527

um never have i evER downloaded a hack but i just got banned RIGHT AFTER vac got updated. iplayed earlier in the day and it was fine. Someone give me eric's email please

I'm on my third damn cd key, and I've never used a hack. Picking up my other programs, which I thought until recently I had deleted all of them. Soooo, I'm formatting my hard drive with counter-strike on it. Just to be safe, I'm sick of buying new copies of counter-strike.

whats the point in reformatting? i bet you dont know that the only point of reformatting is to change the layout of the sectors/clusters on a disk. and how often do u need to do that? not very.

Find out who the best clans are, go to their sites and ask for 1v1's.



Practice.



Don't assume that because someone killed you that they are hacking - spec them to catch tricks and moves that they use. Note: Veteran players and clan members will sometimes shoot through walls and round corners firing whether they know someone's there or not - many people camp in the same places and this gives them a head start.



Get DSL or cable and a fast machine.



cs_militia is a great example - back in the day I learned a great move to go in through the front windows by using the tall ladder. Gets me kicked from servers all the time - especially when the other team has 3 guys still buying stuff. You can ususally wipe half of the T team out (if they're n00bs) by going up to the roof after coming through the house.
