CS: The Movie was not very good. Horrible sound track, not so much that the songs where bad, but the way they where picked, executed, and used was terrible. At some point when the songs run out there is about 2 minutes of frags, and no music at all. And one song leads into the next with no transition at all, right in the middle of a frag scene.



Also CS 1.5 is much much slower then CS 1.3 and below. You don't see any krasy ksharp madness anymore, so they need to use slower beat music. In fact hip hop works pretty well with CS 1.5 frag movies, I hate to say it but I really liked that linking park rap remix (NOT REANIMATION) that was used in the first CPL frag video out by that RGL admin.

But the rumors are true. I have finished my own little CS movie. CS Movies seems down... so I'll have to find a site that uploads CS movies... or hosts them... Any suggestions? (I know that there's a snowball's chance in hell that I'll find one, btw)



PS: Bad movie = Con Express. Me and my friend found out the hard way.

I think i liked "skill movies" better when they were called "demos". Could these people do something that doesn't scream "I desperately needed to justify the purchase of an iMac"?

I don't know mouth, movies are often far more approachable than demos. I watch skill movies far more often than I watch demos. Demos also can't be spliced, can't be played without the game/mod and the specific version installed, and are prone to resolution and skin bugs.



150 megs isn't that tough for broadband.



So I like skill movies more than demos.
