Im still a newbie anyway. My best tactic (actually it isnt much of a mistake ) is - When i have bomb, press g near another player. W00t they have the bomb.

Hmmm....

Well, there was that time when I was playing cs for the first time ever on prodigy. I was the last one left, and the bomb had been planted. I'd picked up a defuse kit, so I figured you just select it from your equipment slot and then click fire when near the bomb. When that didn't work I tried knifing the bomb. Needless to say, the bomb exploded and everyone was like, "wtf".
